We started out as a pressure washing company.
That isn't something we hide — it's the reason we work the way we do now. Jason started Delta Softwash the same way most exterior cleaning businesses around here start: a pressure washer, a truck, and whatever jobs came in that week.
What changed was listening. Job after job, homeowners told us what had been done to their houses by whoever came before us. Paint stripped off siding. Stucco etched. Shingles lifted on a roof that only needed cleaning. High pressure is the right tool for concrete — aimed at anything more delicate, it causes damage that costs more to repair than the cleaning ever cost in the first place.
So Jason changed the method. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution to kill organic growth at the root instead of blasting it off the surface. Then he spent the time and money getting that solution right, testing blends until it cleaned thoroughly without harming what was underneath. That formula is still what goes on every home and business we clean across the Central Valley.
It's also where the name came from.
