Victor is very professional and works really hard performing his job effectively.  Unfortunately, the location of his job makes it difficult for him to perform the cleanup smoothly. The pool was contaminated with debris from the roof and the gutters and drain was clogged with it.  He was blaming the patio cover for being weak to step on and the gutters and drainage for being small.  I also mentioned berthed work not get any debris into the pool but he said it’s inevitable for not to happen. He should have assessed these conditions before performing his job and find an appropriate solution to mitigate any potential problems that may occur if not done correctly and have consulted his company or have discussed it to me. I could have think of lots of better ways for this not to happen but knowing they are professional on this trade and have more experience that I leave these all to him. He stopped his work with patio cover drains clogged and he stated that he tried but cannot clean it because of the drain and gutters size. This will be my problem before the winter if the rain water backed up it may collapsed the patio cover and the I will also need to clean my pool and waste additional time on doing this which I don’t have but got to do it no matter what. I’m still considering this job half way done and now I’m not sure if they are capable to complete this. I will find out it they will do something about my concerns.

My roof was covered with moss and algae and black mold patches were beginning to grow in window sills and on the stucco itself! They were here for 4 hours getting all the muck and grime off. They then cleaned the gutters, rinsed off the windows and cleaned up all the mess that came tumbling off the roof. My house looks brand new!
